Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team at North Bridge Staffing Group. This role offers an exceptional platform for growth, supporting three BD Directors and involving hands-on responsibilities like coordinating senior-level hiring processes and competitive intelligence research/data support.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our team is known for its collaborative and innovative culture, and we are looking for a talented individual who can contribute to our success.

About the Role:

  • Support Directors with the hiring of Senior Level roles across various locations
  • Manage Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System - add new candidates, add notes, move process along, etc.
  • Schedule all interviews across multiple locations
  • Insert feedback from every interview into Greenhouse and schedule the follow-up interviews
  • Communicate with candidates to move them in the process as well as reject them
  • Assist with reporting and data entry, working heavily in Excel and preparing decks
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research and gather data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
