The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across professional boundaries.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
