Children's Education Specialist

This SEN Teaching Assistant role presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for developing and delivering bespoke provision for students who require additional support. This may include creating and implementing individualised education plans, conducting assessments, and participating in meetings with parents and carers.
- Demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity and diversity, promoting a culture of respect and empathy within the school community.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver targeted interventions and programmes.
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual with a strong background in supporting students with SEMH needs. A relevant qualification such as a Diploma in Childcare or a Level 3 CACHE Certificate would be advantageous.
- Previous experience working in a similar role or with vulnerable children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
