About the Role

The District Nurse Team Lead position has become available at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, offering a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role in district nursing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the district nursing team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Manage and develop the district nursing team, ensuring adequate staffing and skill mix
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of care

Requirements

  • 1st level registration educated to Level 3
  • Relevant specialist courses
  • Evidence of team management experience
  • District Nurse Qualification
