About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing orders and enquiries, following up on quotes, and monitoring order deadlines. You will also support our account management and business development teams with quoting and other activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage orders and enquiries on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Follow up on quotes in busy periods to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor order deadlines to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
- Support account management and business development teams with quoting and other activities, such as sourcing quotes for the sales team and developing relationships with trade partners.
- Achieve set targets from a margin and turnover perspective, ensuring the company's financial goals are met.
- Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Liaise directly with customers on and off site, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain company Gross Margin across all projects quoted, ensuring the company's financial goals are met.
- Work within a sustainable manner, minimizing waste and reducing environmental impact.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
