Architectural Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team at i-texo recruitment ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial building design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Architectural Technician to work with a well-established RIBA practice specializing in commercial building design across the UK. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the design and development of commercial building projects
  2. Prepare detailed drawings and specifications
  3. Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A strong background in architectural design and technology
  2. Previous experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  3. Good knowledge of UK building regulations and RIBA stages 1 to 6
  4. Proficiency in AutoCAD or REVIT
  5. Excellent communication and initiative skills
  6. Attention to detail and a high standard of work
