Architectural Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team at i-texo recruitment ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial building design and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Architectural Technician to work with a well-established RIBA practice specializing in commercial building design across the UK. The company has a strong reputation for quality and service, with a portfolio of notable projects and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the design and development of commercial building projects
  2. Collaborate with the design team to deliver high-quality designs and technical drawings
  3. Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and RIBA stages 1 to 6
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  5. Contribute to the development of the company's design and technical services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A strong background in architectural design and technical services
  2. Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  3. Excellent communication and initiative skills
  4. Attention to detail and a high standard of work
  5. Familiarity with RIBA stages 1 to 6 and UK building regulations
