Job Title: Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at City Site Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction projects, particularly in HA/MOD projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Oversee site operations, including labour, materials, and equipment management.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with tradespeople, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in HA/MOD projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
