About the Role

The Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Information Analyst to join our digital team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing timely, accurate, and intelligent business intelligence and information to inform operational and strategic decision-making processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using the Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack, SSRS, and PowerBI.
  • Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Build close working relationships with senior clinicians, operational colleagues, and support staff across the Trust.
  • Manage your own workload and work to tight deadlines successfully.

Requirements

  • Significant work experience within the field of Health Informatics.
  • Significant information analysis experience.
  • Significant advanced data interrogation skills.
  • Significant experience of developing automated reporting solutions.
  • Significant data modelling skills.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Post Graduate Qualification (Masters Degree).
  • Advanced statistics knowledge.
  • Ability to speak Welsh.

Working Arrangements
