About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at The Entertainer in Ashby De La Zouch Tesco Extra. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and maintaining stock levels, including unloading deliveries and replenishing shelves
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations on our range of toys and products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including tidying and restocking shelves
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting store environment
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift and move stock as required
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
