Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced leader/supervisor to join our Coffee#1 team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing and supporting your team, and driving sales growth.

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of baristas and sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Monitoring and controlling store operations, including inventory management and cash handling
  • Providing coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
