About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. As a key member of our Microsoft Business Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end implementation projects for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and configuration of sector-specific templates to enhance the out-of-the-box Dynamics functionality.
  • Develop and implement data migration strategies and designs.
  • Define training needs within the team and coach other team members.
  • Deliver all consultancy according to our client's Project Methodology, ensuring successful implementation of software applications.
  • Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
  • Contribute to practice development activities and help define how these will be delivered.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services/consulting firm.
  • Knowledge of best practices for working with offshore teams.
  • Experience of Agile, Waterfall Methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
  • Exceptional knowledge of all Finance core concepts and processes.
  • Aware of latest Microsoft Features.
  • Coaching and Mentoring Skills.
