Regional Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Regional Facilities Assistant to join our team at Pegasus Homes Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our developments, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our residents.
Your focus will be on ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, providing regional cover for our site-based Building and Community Coordinators, and facilitating external contractors. You will also be responsible for organizing events and activities for our customers, creating a wonderful community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and be the first point of contact for our owners and tenants
- Conduct regular building-related checks, including fire alarm testing, water flushing, and emergency light testing
- Facilitate external contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Organize events and activities for our customers, creating a sense of community
- Deal with emergencies quickly and calmly, providing a high level of customer satisfaction
- Build lasting relationships with our homeowners and their families
- Work closely with our internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Completions
- Property/facilities-related experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Professional and highly organized, with a proactive approach and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to use initiative and work independently
- Strong IT skills, with knowledge of Google Workspace an advantage
- Full driving license and own vehicle, with frequent travel across the region
