Job Title: Lifeguard - Kingsbridge

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a skilled Lifeguard to join our team at Kingsbridge. As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our customers in and around the water.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for our customers.
  • Perform lifeguarding duties, including pool testing, cleaning, and setting up/breaking down activities and events.
  • Conduct regular pool inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers to promote a positive and inclusive culture.
Requirements:
  • UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification.
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to correct behaviour of pool users where necessary.
  • A high standard of physical fitness.
