About the Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lifeguard to join our team at Kingsbridge. As a Lifeguard, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our customers in and around the water.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all customers.
  • Conduct regular pool testing and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • UK recognised pool lifeguard qualification.
  • Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to correct behaviour of pool users where necessary.
  • A high standard of physical fitness.
