**Warehouse Operative Opportunity in Falkirk**

We are recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our clients team in Falkirk, working within the chilled warehouse department.

The successful candidate will work on a full-time, ongoing basis, with 5 days out of 7, including weekends. The working hours will be from 12pm to 8pm, with occasional day shifts.

The hourly rate for this position is £11.90 p/h for day shifts and £13.55 p/h for back shifts, paid weekly.

As a Warehouse Operative, key responsibilities include:

• Picking and packaging customer orders with efficiency and accuracy
• Loading and unloading items, ensuring accurate matching with relevant paperwork
• Reporting damaged or missing items to Warehouse Managers or Supervisors
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including equipment upkeep
• Supporting inventory control processes
• Performing general warehouse duties and assisting colleagues as needed
