About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Culinary Director to join our team at The Botanist York. As a key member of our culinary leadership, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our kitchen operations.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring a safe, fun, and exciting work environment for our team.
  • To develop and implement strategic plans to increase profitability and efficiency within the kitchen.
  • To lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • To collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in senior kitchen management roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
