About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at Pareto, a leading Managed Services Provider.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth and generating leads through creative outbound tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Qualify leads and secure high-quality meetings for the sales team
  • Employ various channels to engage with customers and secure conversions
  • Collaborate with the marketing director and founder to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 6 months of sales experience in B2B, ideally within Telesales/IT/cybersecurity/SaaS
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed with excellent presentation skills
  • A strong work ethic and positive attitude

Salary: £40k basic, up to £100k with OTE/commission
