About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team at McKinty Associates. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing and working closely with a portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent accounting experience, enjoy helping clients, and have a flexible approach with clients. They will also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 30 days' holiday, increasing to 35 days with length of service, enhanced sick pay policy, and flexibility to consider reduced hours to fit in with personal commitments.

  • Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • Manage and work closely with a portfolio of clients
  • Prepare VAT returns and HMRC duties
