Senior Billing Manager

Deliveroo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Billing Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our Billing function, you will be responsible for overseeing the billing process for our customers and ensuring that all billing elements of our global customer relationships are managed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist with complex customer billing queries and disputes, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution
- Continually review customer accounts to ensure cash is allocated and identify any issues to be raised with the customer and relevant account managers
- Maintain customer data in our ERP system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
- Assist with special projects and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
- Provide cover for the Billing and Transactions Manager in their absence
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the AR process, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable/Billing role or Credit Control position
- Strong appreciation for SLA management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong systems experience, including MS Office, with advanced proficiency in Word and Excel
- Experience with systems such as Netsuite, Looker, and Salesforce
