Job Title: Interim Accountant

Resourcery Group Limited is seeking an experienced Interim Accountant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing and a strong understanding of costing principles and practices.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Interim Accountant to support our client's manufacturing department with financial reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting. The successful candidate will have a professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA and proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for the manufacturing department
  • Manage costing activities and provide cost accounting support
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Conduct regular financial audits and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
  • Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or ACA
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in cost accounting and manufacturing industry preferred
  • Strong understanding of costing principles and practices
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with potential for travel to other manufacturing sites on occasion.
