About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bodyshop Manager to join our team at Rubber Duck Cars. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy Accident Repair centre site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of experts, including paint sprayers, panel beaters, MET technicians, estimators, and administrative staff, to ensure the efficient and effective repair of vehicles.
- Develop and implement business strategies to optimize site resources and costs, driving profitability and capability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with work providers and suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, prioritizing timely resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
About You:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with prior experience as a Bodyshop Site Manager, possessing expertise in health and safety protocols and a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business growth.
Requirements:
