This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Relief Support Worker, working with individuals who have experienced homelessness and are in need of support and accommodation.

As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Building trusting relationships with our clients and helping them to achieve their goals
  • Unlocking the potential of our clients to live independently and enhancing their social integration
  • Providing support with daily living tasks and helping residents to develop their skills and strengths

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and has a positive, can-do attitude. You will need to be a confident communicator, able to build professional relationships and help people to develop their skills and strengths.

Previous experience of working with homeless people or supporting vulnerable individuals is essential, and ideally you will be able to participate in our on-call rota as required.
