Key Responsibilities
  • Produce clear and timely financial reports for management and official accounting purposes.
  • Handle, monitor, and record financial transactions while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Plan and organise workload responsibilities to satisfy deadlines, workflow, and output requirements.
  • Carry out bank reconciliations and prepare monthly control account reconciliations and risk surveys.
  • Support the Finance Technicians and assist with analysis to support projects and ad hoc finance information requests.
Requirements
  • Previous finance experience, including bank reconciliations, online banking, and transactional postings is desirable but not essential.
  • Attention to detail and intermediate skill in Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines while maintaining quality.
