About the Job:We are looking for an experienced Supportive Accommodation Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily care operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring person-centered care is delivered in a supportive accommodation setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive relationships with residents and staff.
The role involves leading risk assessments, conducting regular appraisals, and coordinating multi-disciplinary meetings to support residents' needs.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care
- Proven experience managing care services within a community setting for individuals with complex needs
- Strong leadership skills and ability to guide teams in residential care settings
- Excellent communication and IT skills
