Join Our Team as a Housekeeper/Room Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our team at the Dragonfly Hotel in Colchester. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a cleaning service to all public, client, and staff areas of the building.
  • Ensure cleaning meets and exceeds our client standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
  • Maintain and enhance the cleanliness of the building.
  • Perform other cleaning duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure or in a time-sensitive environment
  • Commitment to high levels of cleanliness
  • Friendly personality with customers and staff alike
