About this Opportunity
We're seeking a Product Owner to lead our transformational journey in unlocking the potential of our mortgage data. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for shaping and delivering data products and services that drive business value.
Our current data management strategies are legacy-based and disconnected. We're implementing modern strategies and cloud-based technologies to release value to our customers, colleagues, and the organization. This includes personalized customer journeys, intuitive pricing strategies, and removal of technical debt.
Our culture is collaborative, innovative, and supportive of flexible and agile working. We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills, business acumen, and experience in delivering data technology change.
What You'll Need
- Strong leadership and communication skills to set and generate excitement around a clear vision
- Business and commercial acumen to drive delivery and influence prioritization
- Experience in delivering data technology change across software and infrastructure
- Understanding of modern data strategy and data product creation
- Ability to educate stakeholders on data quality and governance
- Strong influencing skills to align across the organization
