As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be working in a busy and dynamic environment, supporting the accounts payable function on an end-to-end basis. Your responsibilities will include updating accruals, processing invoices, expenses, and inter-company accounts, as well as preparing pay runs. You will be proactive and take ownership of the ledger you are working on, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to maintain the ledger in a professional and proactive manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts payable ledger on an end-to-end basis
  • Update accruals and process invoices, expenses, and inter-company accounts
  • Prepare pay runs and maintain the ledger in a professional and proactive manner
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or equivalent role
  • Proven track record of managing accounts payable ledgers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
