Job Title: Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing onsite support to our customers, performing routine maintenance and repairs on air compressors, dryers, and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend customer sites and perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues, determining possible causes and performing repairs as needed
  • Install and commission new equipment, ensuring proper operation and functionality
  • Document all work performed using company-provided hardware and software
  • Develop relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products, including VSDs, refrigeration, and industrial networks
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule and be available for overtime as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous mechanical or electrical service experience
  • Mechanical or electrical qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Full UK driving license or International Driving License (valid within 12 months)
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
  • Flexibility to participate in the call-out rota
