Field Service Engineer - Mechanical and Electrical

Pertemps Redditch Commercial is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Service, Maintenance, and Repairs: Conduct service, maintenance, and repair work on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Technical Competence: Apply technical knowledge and expertise in mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to varying work schedules and travel requirements.
Requirements:
  • HNC or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience or willingness to work as a Field Service Engineer
  • Full UK driver's license
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness and availability for extensive travel across the UK, Ireland, and Europe
