As a Retail Operations Analyst at Moss, you will play a crucial role in driving store performance and optimizing sales. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze 360-degree data to identify key performance drivers and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of store performance, including trading performance, footfall levels, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Retail Operations and Area Managers to gather insights on store performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize store productivity and performance.
  • Provide detailed sales performance reports and conduct weekly meetings with store managers to discuss performance metrics.
  • Assist the Retail Operations team with deployment scheduling and optimize staff levels based on forecasted sales, footfall, and ATV measures.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Experience in a commercial role with analytical skills, including statistical analysis, trend forecasting, and proficiency in using data analysis software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
