Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the general upkeep of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas.
  • Oversee contractors who are on annual contracts and carry out communal cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning.
  • Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
  • Provide advice and support to residents on leasehold enquires, property alterations, and other matters.
  • Use applications such as Outlook and Word to manage tasks and communicate with stakeholders.
About the Role:

Meridian Court is a residential scheme consisting of 29 one and two-bedroom bungalows. The communal areas include a residents' lounge, laundry room, WC, and scheme managers' office. There are communal garden areas and parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of building maintenance and property management.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Word.
  • Ability to travel across the region as required.
