Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to residents, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the general upkeep of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the structure of the property.
  • Oversee contractors who are on annual contracts and carry out communal cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning.
  • Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring that residents' needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager and Head Office Team to ensure seamless communication and support.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of building maintenance and property management principles.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
