Sports Mentorship Expert

We are seeking an Academic Support Specialist - Sport to join our team at New Forest Academy. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students who face challenges in school due to social, emotional, personal, or behavioral problems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and managing situations related to challenging behavior. They will be responsible for assessing pupils' needs and barriers to learning, delivering programs for pupils with challenging behavior, and coaching staff on suitable interventions.

This is a part-time, fixed-term position until 31 July 2025. The successful candidate will enjoy comprehensive training opportunities, generous benefits, and lifestyle perks. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £15.58 per hour, plus additional benefits.
