We are seeking an experienced Sports Mentorship Expert to join our team at New Forest Academy. In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement sports-based programs that promote academic engagement and personal growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in program development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for assessing pupils' needs and barriers to learning, delivering sports-based interventions, and coaching staff on suitable approaches.

This is a part-time, fixed-term position until 31 July 2025. The successful candidate will enjoy comprehensive training opportunities, generous benefits, and lifestyle perks. Our estimated salary for this role is £15.58 per hour, plus additional benefits.
