Warehouse Operative

Proman is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join their team. As a key member of the order fulfillment team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and prioritize pick orders to meet customer deadlines
- Locate and pick items from shelves and pick locations based on quantity, size, color, and number
- Operate handheld scanners to track inventory and ensure accuracy
- Conduct quality control checks on received and packed items
- Use pump trucks and palletizing equipment to efficiently move and store inventory
- Print labels and reprocess/re-bag goods as needed
- Handle customer returns and resolve any issues
- Pack finished goods to a high standard and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Previous experience in high-volume picking and packing environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Good English language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Excel
- Physical fitness to perform the demands of the role
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
