Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Proman is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join their team. As a key member of the order fulfillment team, you will be responsible for managing pick orders, locating and picking items from shelves, and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize pick orders to meet customer deadlines
  • Locate and pick items from shelves and pick locations based on order requirements
  • Use handheld scanners to track and verify inventory
  • Inspect and quality control items to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Operate pump trucks and palletize/shrink wrap items for shipping
  • Print labels and reprocess/rebag items as needed
  • Deal with returns and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Pack finished goods to a high standard and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in high-volume picking and packing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Good English language, reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Excel
  • Physically fit to undertake the role
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 08:00-16:30
