Fitness Facility Manager

TotalFit Gym Management is seeking an experienced and qualified Health and Fitness Manager to lead our 5-star facility in Central London.
We require a dynamic leader with a passion for the fitness industry, excellent motivator, and people person who can work and think outside the box. Group fitness qualifications and experience are advantageous, but not essential. If you enjoy working with the public, are dedicated, enthusiastic, and passionate about the fitness industry, we encourage you to apply.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the leisure facility, including staff training, monitoring procedures, and customer care.
- Develop and implement effective staff training programs, including NOP, SOP, EAP, and PSOP.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and facility maintenance.
- Manage the wet areas, including pool operations and maintenance.
- Provide administrative support and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry.
- Professional fitness qualifications L2 upwards.
- Ability to teach fitness classes.
- Current first aid certificate.
- Pool responder certification preferred.
