We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join our team at Fitness First. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness services to our members, promoting our brand values, and growing your own business within our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized fitness coaching to clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our company's vision and values, promoting them to clients and colleagues alike.
- Ensure every member visit is a positive and enjoyable experience.
- Build and develop your Personal Training business at our facility, with support from our management team and colleagues.
- Hold a REPs level 3 Personal Training qualification.
- Be passionate about health, fitness, and well-being.
- Have a strong commitment to understanding client expectations and delivering exceptional service.
- Be motivated to grow your business and have a winning attitude.
- Be approachable, friendly, and engaging, with excellent communication skills.
- Daily 1-to-1 business support from our specialists.
- A professional photo shoot for your online Personal Trainer profile.
- Access to our digital marketplace.
- Minimum of 2 weeks' rent-free per year.
- Free membership for yourself.
