About the Role:

As a Sous Chef at Aramark, you will be responsible for leading the food production team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management will be essential in delivering high-quality meals to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the food production team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our clients.
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, adhering to Aramark's policies and procedures.
  • Manage food inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
