We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Retail Store Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing store layouts, and ensuring product promotions are executed flawlessly.

Your strategic vision and commercial acumen will play a crucial role in the store's profitability and success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing plans to drive sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a retail team in a fast-moving retail environment and possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A strong understanding of the retail industry and its trends is essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company with plans to increase our store portfolio to 1,000 locations across the UK. We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to your basic salary, you can also expect:
