As the Marketing and Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Foot & Ankle portfolio in international regions. You will partner closely with US-based teams for core upstream projects and have downstream responsibility for coordination and communication with international regions and countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Active participation in due diligence and acquisition activities.
  • Lead marketing efforts for F&A global meetings, ensuring international needs are incorporated into new product development and launch plans.
  • Build strong relationships with international commercial leaders and supporting functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment of market needs and priorities.
  • Liaise with international design team members and/or HCP consultants to gather VOC feedback on new product opportunities.
  • Represent the company in OEM NPD processes, support external technology assessments, and in-region distribution agreements.
  • Ensure successful achievement of international marketing, training, and clinical programs for assigned products.
  • Collaborate with US marketing, sales, and supply chain functions to guide and support selling activities to meet sales revenue and operating earnings targets.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred). MBA (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years' marketing/in-line brand management experience in the medical device sector.
  • Prior experience in F&A Sales and Marketing.
  • Strong technical ability to understand and interpret data, investigate problems, and provide solutions.
Location and Travel:

The role will be a remote position based in Europe, requiring significant international travel. Flexibility in schedule is required, including occasional overnight and weekend travel, subject to management approval.
