Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners
  • Visit workplaces to undertake assessments and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve performance targets and contribute to the growth of our organization
  • Maintain accurate records of client achievements and progress towards performance criteria

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering training within the hospitality sector
  • Familiarity with Work-Based Learning and Award Body Practices
  • Possession of essential skills qualifications such as ESW Communication Level 2 and Application of Number Level 2
  • Ongoing occupational experience within the route of delivery
  • A1 Assessor Award or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in assessing learners
