About the Job

At AXA IM, our purpose is to act for human progress by investing for what matters. As a Portfolio Manager, Impact Equity, you will be part of our team that actively invests in companies with a positive impact.

About the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for the active management of Equity portfolios and contribute to research efforts. You will work with the other fund managers to ensure that the funds operate within client and regulatory guidelines.

Your Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management: Manage funds and/or mandates, working with other fund managers to ensure compliance with client and regulatory guidelines.

Research: Conduct fundamental analysis of allocated stocks and produce regular updates on company progress. Participate in the Impact team investment committee and promote ideas under the given process.

Promotion: Actively promote the franchise from the fund management side, in partnership with Product Specialists and Sales. Communicate with clients on performance, being transparent and honest in all communications.

About You

Qualifications and Experience:
  • University degree and CFA qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject.
  • Experience in global equity Sustainable or Impact investment from a research perspective and ideally with portfolio management experience.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • General knowledge of world markets/economics and politics.
  • Strong interest in ESG, in particular social related research/investment.
  • Financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
