About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager, Impact Equity to join our team. As a member of the Listed Equities Impact Team, you will be responsible for the active management of Equity portfolios and contributing to the research efforts. The Impact Equity team at AXA-IM invests into companies that have a positive impact, our fund range includes; people & planet, social progress, energy transition & bio-diversity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Manage funds and/or mandates working with other fund managers to ensure that the funds operate within client and regulatory guidelines. Support the launch of planned new funds and ensure that the implementation incorporates policies and programmes approved by management and the investment committees.
  • Research: Conduct fundamental analysis of the allocated stocks within the investment team and produce regular updates on the progress of the companies concerned. Participate in the Impact team investment committee and be proactive in promoting ideas under the given process of the team.
  • Promotion: Actively promote the franchise from the fund management side, in strong partnership with the Product Specialists and Sales. Actively and openly communicate with clients on performance, being transparent and honest in all communications.
Requirements

We welcome candidates with a strong background in global equity Sustainable or Impact investment from a research perspective and ideally with portfolio management experience. A university degree and full/partial CFA qualification or equivalent in a relevant subject and/or relevant formal training are required. Science/medical based degree preferred. Experience working in an international/multi-location team is desirable.
