Position Overview:

Our organization has an exciting opportunity for a Client Relations Specialist to join our team. You will be tasked with delivering top-notch service to both existing and prospective clients. Your role will involve understanding their needs, identifying gaps in their current coverage, and ensuring that their interests are safeguarded in a manner that aligns with their individual circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients via phone, email, and in-person to provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Identifying and advocating for our suite of investment, pension, and health & safety offerings.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of services so that clients have the necessary coverage when required.
  • Participating in team initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Attending events to connect with clients and promote our services to potential new customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum GCSE C grade (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to exercise initiative and judgment.
