We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Support Administrator to join our team at Invictus Group. As a key member of our contract management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all administrative tasks to support the effective running of our client contracts, including invoicing and record-keeping.
  • Work closely with managers and finance teams to support financial processes and coordinate additional costs.
  • Manage queries from internal and external customers, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Utilize strong administrative skills and experience to support the team.
  • Previous experience of undertaking basic financial support, including invoicing, WIP, and timesheet inputting.
  • Basic commercial awareness, including working within SLAs and KPIs.
  • Microsoft Office IT skills.

Requirements
