Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Recurrent Energy. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts for the EMEA region
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
  • Lead the reporting process for the EMEA region, including budgeting and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including country leaders and regional teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis
  • Proven track record of success in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial models and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and other financial software
