North Bristol NHS Trust invites applications from skilled Registered Nurses to fill the position of Clinical Practice Facilitator in its ASCR Recruitment, Retention, Education and Wellbeing Team. This pivotal role involves ensuring the delivery of high-standard patient care and safety through direct supervision, training, and preceptorship support for healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will collaborate with newly qualified registered nurses and practitioners during their period of preceptorship/rotation programme, providing support and guidance where necessary. Additionally, the Clinical Practice Facilitator will act as a point of escalation for preceptors dealing with individuals failing to meet required standards of practice. Key requirements for this role include excellent facilitation, teaching, and assessing skills, as well as leadership capabilities and project management expertise.

The compensation for this position is £43,041-£50,819 per annum, contingent on experience. Candidates for this position must be currently registered as a Registered Nurse, holding a University validated teaching and assessing qualification or equivalent. Specialised postgraduate qualifications and more than five years of experience would be beneficial but are not required.
