Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates, incorporating evidence-based practices and guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, share knowledge, and enhance patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to families, empowering them to participate in their child's care and recovery.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with advances in neonatal care and pediatrics.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling, reporting, and data analysis, as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in pediatric nursing or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Tennessee.
  • Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP).
  • At least two years of experience in neonatal care, preferably in a Level III nursery.
